Bird Up Terms and Conditions

Birdup-play.com is an independent informational affiliate site about Bird Up. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, we are not Bird Up’s operator and do not control its games, accounts, payments, promotions or services. This page explains expectations for using our site; it does not replace the official operator terms. Our content is general information, not a promise that any game, feature or offer will be available to you. Offers and availability may change, and information on this site may not reflect the latest position. Official operator terms must be checked before acting, including before registering, depositing or claiming an offer. Affiliate/referral links may be present. We may receive a commission if you follow a link or take an action with a third party, at no extra cost to you. A referral link does not change the operator’s terms or guarantee an offer. You are responsible for checking the minimum-age requirements and local rules that apply where you are, and for confirming whether access and any promotion are available to you. Do not use this site if you are below the applicable minimum age or if access would breach local rules. Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the site, or misuse its content. We may update this page as our content or the information available to us changes. Please review it from time to time; continued use of the site after an update means you are using the current version of these site-use terms.
